Get a free car seat

Neighborhood centers’ free services help low- and moderate-income families stay safe by providing car seats for children.

  1. On the day of your appointment, bring these items with you:

    • Photo ID
    • Proof of address, such as a government ID, utility bill, or mail with your address on it
    • Proof of income for all adults (18+) in the household for the last 30 days
    • Social Security numbers for everyone in the household, if available

  • Bus passes
  • Notary services
  • Short-term counseling
  • Health screenings (blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol)
  • Help obtaining health insurance
  • Pregnancy tests
  • Flu shots (in the Fall)

  • Help with rent and utilities
  • Help searching for and applying to jobs
  • Fans (in the Summer)
  • Blue Santa applications (in the Fall)
  • Help with income tax forms (in the Spring)
